Eaden promises comfort for women

6 April 2010

A new sleepwear brand for women is set to take the market by storm, offering relief from hot flushes associated with menopause, pregnancy and cancer treatment. Eaden founder and director Wendy Eade first developed the label in response to her own experiences.

"In 2007 I had reached a stage in my life where I was struggling to get a good night's sleep due to the symptoms of menopause. The conventional nightwear I wore was getting damp which consequently meant changing my nightwear frequently during the night," she said.

Eade decided to wear a sports t-shirt containing Dri-release® fabric, with Freshguard, which was designed to wick moisture away from the body during sports and exercise. The breakthrough was the starting point of Eaden, a stylish range of sleepwear using the same quick dry principles.

Eade also gave her heavily pregnant daughter - who was experiencing hot flushes during her last trimester - a Dri-release fabric nightie and she slept well for the first time in months.

For the first time ever, Eaden will be showcasing its range at Fashion Exposed from 29-31 August at Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

This is a wonderful business initiative, my Mum had breast cancer but still has flushes from her chemo treatment - she will love your products!

I recently purchased Eaden Pajamas and love them. They look terrific even if you don't get hot flushes.

Have your say
