With over 23 years in the industry, footwear maestro, Mario Pirrottina has honed the designer craft and developed a keen forecasting eye for what will be the next big trend. After travelling the world from New York to Europe and the UK, Pirrottina pooled the globe’s influences and fashioned them into a new mens’ footwear range, Muski Mens Shoes.

Muski, is short for `man’ in Italian, emboding the high fashion aesthetic but at an affordable price. “The beauty of these shoes is their fashionability, the trends are global,” he says. Pirrottina says he has taken advantage of the strong Aussie dollar and sought the finest leathers from Portugal, Brazil and Italy to feature full, upper leather-lined quality shoes with a unique point of difference at a just price. The shoes range from just $129 to $149.

The Muski Mens Shoes collection includes traditional options of classic evening styles and corporate looks, right through to high fashion evening varieties and the cool casual trend-driven types. Muski Mens Shoes are hoping to close the gap in the men’s footwear market place for superior styles at an honest price.

So who is the Muski man? “He’s a man’s man with a fashionable appeal and savvy sense of style, but he doesn’t wear it on his sleeve,” says Mario.

Muski Mens Shoes are the new kids on the block at this weekend’s Fashion Exposed and the trade event will be the official launch pad for the brand’s new winter 2012 collection with March delivery. Pirrottina says he hopes to expand his list of contacts within the footwear and clothing industry, with a focus on featuring the brand in men’s fashion boutiques as an exclusive accessory to their clothing. Muski Mens Shoes appeals to all age brackets, from the young guy at his formal through to the corporate man and the groom-to-be.
